UNDICI HOLIDAYS
HOLIDAY LETTING AGREEMENT
Booking:
Provisional booking of accommodation
may be made by fax, phone, e-mail or post. Confirmation in writing by fax,
e-mail or post should be received by Undici Holidays within 5 days of provisional
booking. The reservation deposit should be received by cheque or electronic
bank transfer within 7 days of the provisional booking. After receipt of the
reservation deposit, written confirmation will be sent to the client by Undici
Holidays and the booking will then become valid.
Bookings are generally made
by the week from Saturday to Saturday. However, every effort will be
made to meet individual needs where other arrival or departure days
are preferred. Additional adjacent days may be booked on a pro rata
basis at the rate pertaining to the week in which they lie and dependant
on pre-existing bookings.
Bookings are valid
from 4pm on the day of arrival until 11am on the day of departure.
Payment:
The reservation
deposit should be received within 7 days of the provisional booking.
The balance of the full rental amount should be received at least one
calendar month before the start of the rental.
Undici
Holidays reserves the right to regard the booking as cancelled if the full
rental amount is not received by the due date and shall be entitled to retain
any deposit paid.
Cancellation by the Client:
Cancellation may only be made
in writing and only by the person who confirmed the booking. Cancellation of
accommodation will apply from the
date of receipt by Undici Holidays of the written cancellation advice.

Cancellation by Undici Holidays:
In the very unlikely event that the specific accommodation
as booked should become unavailable then any
money paid, including the reservation deposit, will be returned to the client
in full.
Personal Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend that all clients take out comprehensive
personal travel insurance. Undici Holidays accepts no responsibility in the
event of the client
failing so to do.
